Hotel Conference/day Porter

The Lismoyne Hotel is a privately owned hotel set in groomed gardens, tucked away just a 3-minute walk from Fleet Town Centre. Our hotel has 62 bedrooms, bar, conservatory, outside seating, restaurant and 2 function rooms.
Working as part of the front of house team, you will be responsible for the meet and greet of all guests. You will have a friendly and approachable manner, maintaining your professionalism at all times. You will handle guests’ luggage, car parking, setting up of meeting rooms, looking after conference delegates and any other duties required
**Hotel Conference/Day Porter Key Attributes**:
- To ensure guests arriving and leaving the building are greeted and helped in a professional, courteous way
- To oversee the smooth running of the meetings
- To act in a pro-active efficient way when handling and storing luggage
- To look after guests each day in-house activities, conferences and functions taking place in the hotel
This is an active role and some heavy lifting maybe required
This position will be 5 days over 7 some weekends will be required
