We are looking for motivated individuals to join our permanent butchery team.

**The Role**
We’re seeking a **Butchery Operative** to support our skilled butchers and assist with preparing and packing high-quality meat products. This is a hands-on, permanent role where you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional organic meat to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the butchery team in preparing customer orders
- Pack and label meat products accurately and carefully
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the workspace
- Support the team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency

**Working Hours**
- Standard hours**:06:00 - 14:30**:

- Flexibility for occasional overtime may be required

**About You**
- Previous experience in food processing, butchery, or a related role is a plus, but not essential — full training will be provided
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Own transport required due to rural location
