**Job Description**:
An Electronics company based in Pershore are searching for an Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. The company themselves provide monitoring systems to a range of different industries.
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Raising invoices using information from sales orders or delivery notes.
- Placing supplier orders, checking they arrive on time, chasing late orders and entering on to Quickbooks system.
- Dealing with returns.
- Logging issues with suppliers during purchasing process.
- Other general Administration and Office duties.

As an Office Administrator you will be required to:

- Have previous experience working as an Office Administrator.
- Previous experience using Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential.
- A good phone manner will be beneficial in this role.
- Good organisational skills will be essential for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mind set will be beneficial to this role.
