Great opportunity for Audit Professionals as we are recruiting for**Group Internal Auditor** at the Arora Group.

As a member of central finance team this role is responsible to improve group’s operational control environment by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Control & Policy**: Identify and review all processes within the organisation with a view to deliver a robust control environment. Standardise, write and implement group finance policies as part of policy framework to enhance internal controlsenvironment.
- **Internal Audit Program**:Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- **Risk Management & Continuous Improvement**:Evaluate the management of organisations risk. Identify and manage them successfully and effectively. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices,tools, techniques, and performance standards. This should cover Hotels, construction and property rental industries.
- **Key Performance Indicators**:Conducting structured and surprise operations audits for the hotel division. Conducting Periodic balance sheet audits of all entities prioritising based on materiality. Conducting Service charge, rental income,lease compliance and debt collections audit for property division.

**Skills & Experiences**
- Qualified or part qualified accountant or Specific Auditing qualifications
- Proven work experience as internal auditor, preferably in the hotel / hospitality industry
- Sound independent Judgment
- Ability to manipulate date and device meaningful reports
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to deliver responsibilities with minimum supervision
