**Job Title**: Process Operative

**Reports to**:Department Manager

**Shift**:2 Shift rotation cycle (Days, Evenings)

**Day Shift**: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm (Sat 6am-11am)

**Evening shift**:Mon-Fri 3pm-12 Midnight.

**Pay Rate**: £26,325 + Sunday over at £18 per hour.

**Location**: 16 Silverwood Industrial Area, Lurgan

**Employment Type**:Permanent

**Job Overview**:

The main duties of this role will be to integrate in a vibrant and busy work environment, working alongside a busy team providing support to the team Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring quality standards of finished products
- Inspection of products prior to process to ensure conformity.
- Operation of overhead crane and forklifts (Training will be provided).
- Handling of steel products
- Maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Any other duties associated with the job role.
- Production or manufacturing experience, although transferable skills from similar roles will be considered as full training will be provided
- This role involves a substantial amount of manual handling.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a target based environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Team player.
- Flexible.
- Be able to work to strict health & safety standards.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous production experience.
- Forklift Truck/Crane operation.
