ABC Education Limited (ABC) is an independent, young and focused Company providing educational services to Councils(Local Authorities), Schools and individuals. The Company engages suitably qualified Tutors to provide our services.
The Company is experiencing significant growth and looking to appoint additional team members to support the Head Office function. Due to the nature of the business, all Head Office staff are required to be multi-functional in times of peak activity.
Purpose of Job: Provide full accounts and administrative support to ABC
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Registration and tracking of Client Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Receipts and associated account reconciliations.
- Debt management and collection.
- Maintaining and processing Tutor details and Invoices, preparing payment runs for authorisation.
- All other creditor Invoices, reconciling and payment preparation for authorisation.
- Full Payroll function for Head Office staff.
- Preparation and presentation of all financial reports.
- Maintaining accurate and timely financial data for management and audit requirements.

Office:
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm term time (Monday to Friday) and 9am - 5pm Hampshire school holidays (Days TBC)
**Salary**: £25-26,000 per annum
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
