**Freelance Interior Stylist**

Here at onefinestay, we’re pioneers of handmade hospitality, passionate about bringing the unique character of each of our homes to life. We are looking for a freelance Interior Stylist with a love for interiors, architecture, design and photography to join our team in London.

Naturally, you’ll possess a keen eye for detail and will undoubtedly be an efficient, reliable, and tireless worker. No prior styling experience is necessary (though highly favourable) but a creative or hospitality background is a plus.

In this role, you'll be spending quality time in some of London’s most impressive spaces, developing your creative eye and assisting the photographer in telling the story of each space.

**Responsibilities**
- Home Styling: Each room in the home will need to be styled in preparation for the photographer.
- Brand integrity: To maintain consistency across thousands of global listings, all beds are stripped and dressed with our white linens and all bathrooms are set up with our own toiletries.
- A spot of housekeeping: You’ll remove all day to day personal clutter from common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- No stone unturned: The home must be returned exactly as the homeowner left it. As a stylist, you have the great responsibility of ensuring we’re delivering on one of the cornerstone promises of our service.

**Skills and experience**

Organised and responsive: Shoots are often booked or re-booked at short notice and we'll need you to be flexible enough to get to where you need to be on time, every time.
- Discreet, self-assured, and a maturity to work with a broad range of personalities.
- Punctual with unwavering professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and you constantly demand excellence.
- Possess a roll-your-sleeves-up attitude and willingness to muck in with the team, even if it means an unusual schedule or some heavy lifting or cleaning.
- Energetic: Set days may come with long hours and unforeseen obstacles. We’re looking for someone who can find the fun in a tough job well done.
- Please note, this is NOT an interior design position.

**Rates**
- Rates will depend on the size of home and vary from £40 - £60 per shoot.
- Travel expenses can be claimed up to £7 per shoot.
