**Role Requirements**
- Support the HR Business Partners across the full range of their responsibilities.
- Develop, maintain / manage and update the HR Access system (including variation to contract and leaver processing and organisational / post management change) on behalf of the HR Business Partner team in line with employment law and the organisations strategic direction and regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate reporting data on the HR Information System; maintain personal data and files in accordance with Data Protection and GDPR requirements and best practice and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date sickness management tracker by monitoring staff sickness absence and liaising with line managers.
- Arrange and manage all Occupational Health & Physio clinics (including follow up actions, liaising with managers) and the external provider, the seasonal flu vaccination programme and health surveillance checks and data management.
- Monitor & maintain policies and procedures where appropriate
- Support Recruitment & Compliance Team with DBS checks (in accordance with requirements of Quality, Compliance & Safeguarding Manager)
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.
Boasting a beautiful 24-acre site in Surrey, we are located just outside of London, close to the M25 (accessible via Junction 8, A217 to Tadworth) and easily accessible via National Rail, by way of: Clapham Junction, Sutton, and Epsom.

As a result, we require staff to provide a valid NHS Covid Pass (or proof of Covid vaccinations or medical exemption) for all roles at Tadworth Court and in the Brain Injury Community Service. We also expect staff to have taken or be willing to take relevant immunisations required by the role to protect them against infectious diseases, (unless you are medically exempt).
