**The Opportunity: Education Recruitment Coordinator**

**Hybrid set up**: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.

**Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators**
Talent Sourcing:

- Utilise various platforms to identify and attract expectational educators, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants in your team to understand specific needs for your region’s supply and long-term vacancies.

Administrative Support:

- Assist with the coordination of interviews, placements, and onboarding processes.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in education.
- Experience in UK based recruitment or sales (ideal).
- Experience of working in an education setting (ideal).
- Alignment with our core values.
- Goal orientated - a proven track record of working towards KPIs & targets.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and innovate.
- Demonstrates grit, resilience, and empathy.
