Are you a midlevel or senior Software Developer and nowhere to go until your boss leaves? Crying out for a company with a clear progression path to different avenues in the company not just to team lead? Would you like to do this all from the comfort ofyour own home in your slippers?

This business are a fast paced software house based in Bristol but operate completely remotely, they build bespoke software, software products and apps from scratch. Listening to their developers, this business invest a huge portion of their turnover backinto the technologies their engineer program with.

You will join an existing high performing team, namely working with technologies like - **Java - Python - kotlin - React.js - Next.js - Docker - Kubernetes - AWS lambda.**

Ideally you'll have skills in one or two of the languages above, however, there is a huge push on further learning for developer within the business, so if you have an aptitude to learn then this company would still consider you.

You will have a clear progression mapped out in your on-boarding, this can look like a path from midlevel engineer, to senior, to software architect or project delivery lead. You could also move into cloud solution architect, or devops or more of a enterprisearchitect position. There's loads of room to grow, so don't worry about getting stuck in your role.

This company provide further learning platforms for all levels of developers, this can be something like sitting seminars in AWS, AI, Machine learning etc. You will have 5 training on any course you like outside of their own platforms and all certificationyou'd like to sit, this business will pay for.
