**Overview**
Are you an experienced office administrator looking for a new challenge ? We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist with data entry, document control, and file management.
- Update trackers and internal systems as required.
- Help ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with basic reporting
- Customer Service: Answering inbound calls professionally, providing information, and directing enquiries as needed.
- Administrative Management: Handling day-to-day office tasks including managing and organising digital files, processing incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven Office Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar customer-facing role is essential.
- Highly Organised: Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently and manage the single day's workload efficiently without direct supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
