One of our clients is looking for a General Kitchen Hand / Assistant to help in the kitchen and at times front of house. They are ideally looking for a person who would like to progress their career within hospitality or is looking to take a step backwithin the industry. You will be working Monday - Friday from12 o'clock midday to 5.30pm so Part-Time
As part of your role you will help to prepare and cook supper as well as clear down in the kitchen and all service areas, you may be asked to help with some prep i-e setting up the breakfast trays, chopping vegetables and so on to assist the Chef Manager andSecond Chef in the smooth running of the site.
You will be asked to show proof of being double vaccinated
*Have a background within a similar position and have a can do attitude
*Be able to work within a team and take direction
*You will be required to complete all daily Health & Safety and Food Safety Records
*Prepping various ingredients
*Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift
