**Job Overview**

This role is to provide cover to the UK's #1 DIY retailer at their Head Office in Chandlers Ford and the data Centre in Fareham. A minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed with the potential to cover stores also to increase hours. Both sites are accessible via public transport routes and on-site parking is provided if required.

**Primary responsibilities**

**In charge of **access and egress to site of personnel and delivery vehicles, directing where necessary. Issuing keys and passes to permanent and visiting staff.

Concierge role, greeting staff and visitors to the building and assisting both when required.

Carrying out external and internal patrols logging any issues in the D.O.B and on the company portals

**Essential credentials**
- SIA License (desirable but not essential)
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent verbal skills with the ability to converse at all levels from visitors to senior management (essential)
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
