IDEAL position for a SECOND JOBBER / Data Analyst looking to get into the insurance industry or someone generally wanting to progress their career up the ladder VERY progressive company

**_Operational Data Analyst, Data Quality Tool, Data Queries, Data Changes, Data Control, Operational Data Function, Data Sharepoint_**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor / resolve outstanding data queries that have been raised in relation to data changes.
- communicate openly in senior stakeholder meetings to discuss any issues
- Work with the Operational Data Manager to create metrics to demonstrate issues raised
- ensure that all daily controls are completed
- all outputs are consolidated in to a pre-agreed format and are able to be distributed across the business.
- Triage all new requests that are received into the mailbox to ensure that this is up to date daily.
- Work through any mapping amendments and mock up any changes
- Coordinate all requests ready for the quarterly governance meeting
- Escalation point for critical data queries emanating from source systems.
- Assist in the additions or changes to mappings that affect the output of data from source systems.
- Make source system amendments, where applicable, to ensure accuracy of data.
- To further develop both internal and external business relationships to allow for the promoting of the Operational Data Function.
- Maintaining the Operational Data SharePoint site.
