**The working times for this role are 18:00pm-20:00pm Monday to Friday** **(10 hours per week).**

At Green Fox Cleaning, we are currently recruiting for a new **cleaning team leader** to join us, to oversee the daily running of a cleaning operation at **a School** in **Horndean.**

**You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 cleaning operatives, and for the smooth service delivery of the contract, supported by our Management Team.**

This is a permanent position where you will be working **39 weeks term time with ad-hoc deeper cleaning in the school holidays**, with 28 days paid holiday per year. The hourly rate for this position is **£12.50 per hour**.

**You will be working all term time, and potentially completing deeper cleaning in the school holidays.**

**Please note** as this is a school cleaning vacancy, you can only take annual leave during the school holidays on agreed dates.

**EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL** but a great attitude is, as full training will be provided.

**What will I do on a typical day?**
- You will arrive and plan the areas that your team will clean.
- You will meet the team and get them started.
- You will then move around the building, checking standards and completing audits.

**What other tasks will I be undertaking?**
- HR / staff performance / attendance matters.
- Stock checking and ordering.
- Liaising with the site team regarding any defects.
