This full-time role is based in beautiful Richmond and involves care coordination, rota planning, mentoring, and daily communication with clients and carers. **About the Role**
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and manage staff rotas using advanced scheduling systems to ensure seamless care delivery
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues
- Support and mentor carers, helping them deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Work closely with the care manager to ensure care is aligned with each client's clinical and personal needs
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR to onboard staff and train them in our systems
- Join our shared out-of-hours rota, supporting the team when unexpected issues arise
- Be a key part of a passionate and responsive team, solving challenges together
**Who This Role Is For**
- Recent graduates looking for their first step into a purpose-led role
- Professionals from other industries (hospitality, logistics, HR, education, etc.) with coordination or communication experience
- Care professionals or administrators who want to move into a more involved and client-focused role
