Wellingtons Coffeehouse and Bistro has just opened on Dover High Street and we are very excited to be advertising for a Barista

Wellingtons will be open Wednesday-Saturday 8am-3pm and Sunday 9am-3pm. As we have just opened these hours may change in the future in response to customer demands however as of now these are the set hours.

We serve our all day breakfasts, bagels, salads, waffles, milkshakes and delicious coffees. We are hiring for a Barista to join our team who can also waitress in between drinks tickets.

**About the job**

We are looking for experienced and passionate staff members to join our busy team at Wellington. As a member of our team, your role will be to work along side the Shift Supervisor in the general operation of Wellingtons in a fast, effective and appropriate manner. Your training will enable you to take full responsibility for the smooth operation of the company in the absence of the Shift Leader.

Your key duties for Welly's:

- Barista
- Ensuring the customers have a wonderful experience
- Clean down tables after the customers have left
- Build and maintain customer loyalty throughout service
- Effectively handle customer complaints and compliments
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness
- Determine customer needs and reasonably and quickly respond to maximum satisfaction

The job vacancy is available for individuals seeking part time as well as full time hours.

All applicants must be available to work weekend shifts, as well as throughout the week days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
