**Female Support Worker**

We are looking for an understanding, patient, trustworthy, kind and honest female, to support a lady with Cerebral Palsy based in the Scunthorpe area. You will be required to assist with diet, nutrition, personal care, medication and general assistance around the home. It is expected that you will be able to drive as you will be required to drive their vehicle to appointments or other activities out in the community. **It is required that you hold a full UK driving licence for this role.**

**Job Summary**:
Clients at Elite Care Solutions are able to continue to live independently within the comfort of their own home. Day to day activities can be varied but consist of assisting with nutrition and hydration. Support with personal care and hygiene. Administer medication and help with other general tasks if necessary. You may also accompany clients to appointments and activities in the community.

Experience is not required, since you will be provided with full training and on-going support.

**Schedule**:

- Hours 09:00 - 17:00 - Days to be discussed at interview - Initially 16 hours per week It is expected that you are able to cover for holidays and sickness where possible.
