We are looking for a Part-time Reservationist to join our Kingsmills Family covering maternity cover. We are privately owned which means you are known as a person and not just by a number. Who we are looking for
- You're friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic, welcoming and enjoy meeting new people.
- You're a team-player and enjoy working alongside colleagues in a thriving Industry which is fast paced. Organised and efficient whilst able to work in a pressurised environment at times.
- Ideally you have Reception/Reservations experience in a quality Hotel or Customer Facing Role.
- You must be computer literate and have experience of a front office system would be desirable. Training can be provided.
- We are looking for someone who will go the extra mile for our Guests and exceed their expectations.
Duties will include taking reservations and accurately putting onto our system using our Front Office System which is called Rezlynx.

Answering the enquiries for room rates, room locations and also bookings for our sister hotel Ness Walk which has 47 bedrooms.

Handle all guest requests in a professional manner.

Handling of all requests for guestroom reservations, changes, cancellations and information.

We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Wednesday. One of the days will be 9.30am-6pm and the other two days will be 8.30am-5/5.30pm. You will be required to work one saturday per month to help cover the Reservations Desk. All hours will be discussed at interview.
