This opportunity is looking for ambitious and driven research focused graduates to join the market leader for specializing in placing senior finance professionals into Private Equity backed business. **Graduate Recruitment / Executive Search Consultant - The Role**
- Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships.
- Working on TOP mandates for the biggest private equity houses in the world
- Researching the market and mapping out the most suitable performers
- Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Managers
- Negotiating new business contracts
- Closing business deals

**Graduate Recruitment / Executive Search Consultant - Requirements**
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university (preferably in a research focused degree)
- Ideally sales experience / up to 1 year recruitment experience
- Confident, outgoing and personable
- Ability to research and market map to pitch to firms - must be comfortable both in person and over the phone
- Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
- Inherent competitive nature
- Great communication skills
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
