Global Hospitality and Lifestyle Brand Karma Group are offering exciting opportunities to join us at Karma Salford Hall in our newest venture in Warwickshire neighboring the Cotswolds. We require waiter, waitresses and bar staff with an immediate start. Various shift times over weekdays and weekends.

Karma Salford Hall - a historic country retreat dating back 700 years, situated in the Vale of Evesham. Includes 32 charming bedrooms, the Tempest restaurant, a library, games room and bar.

**Main Responsibilities**

As a member of our Wait/Bar staff you will be responsible for
- Greeting every guest with a smile, a positive attitude and ensure that they feel welcome
- Provide inspirational service to our guests by being attentive to their needs, flexible and proactive
- Ensuring service areas are prepared, stocked and ready for service
- Sharing your knowledge of our food and beverages by making recommendations whilst taking orders and upsell where possible
- Cleaning and resetting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware as needed
- Taking restaurant reservations
- Cleaning duties such as sanitising, dusting, sweeping floors, washing glasses, etc.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, in a busy restaurant or hotel providing food service
- Dealing with any guest complaints with understanding and sensitivity
- Have the ability to multitask and deal with several requests at one time while remaining positive and professional
- Ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant or hotel lounge with the desire to return
- Ensuring all cash and card charges, floats and till procedures are carried out correctly and accept accountability

Our successful Wait/Bar staff will have
- Previous experience in a high quality and busy 4 or 5-star hotel environment or award-winning restaurant with a genuine interest or desire to work in and progress within hospitality
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, menus, drinks lists and specialties offered
- A desire to be ‘the best’ with high standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team, in a busy hotel
- Due to the beautiful location of the property it can be difficult to reach, therefore access to your own transport is advisable.
