Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic (and delicious) Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland

**We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Lisburn Square,** Management team.**

As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the General Manager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week, (over five shifts including weekends ). As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of £13 per hour.

We also provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.

**Let’s break it down What are we looking for?**

**Essential Criteria**

- 1 years’ supervisor experience in a customer facing role
- Proven track record of organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
- Strong customer focus

**Desirable Criteria**:

- 1 years’ supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
