A brief person description:
Good PC skills
Experience dealing with people, occasionally including those whose 1st language is not English
Available to work shifts after training (typically about 3 weeks)
Good telephone manner
Tidy and presentable

Shift Pattern: - following probationary period, 8 hr shifts 7 on 2 off; 7 on 2 off; 7 on 10 off But there is a requirement to cover other workers if they go sick or holidays Shifts are then extended to become 12 hrs.

Times for shifts are: - 6AM-2PM 6AM-2PM 10PM-6AM

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
