Part of a fast paced, dynamic and innovative Individual Giving team, you';ll focus on acquiring new donors across regular giving and lottery programmes through the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns including face to face, telemarketing, DRTV, print and digital.

**Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving) Requirements**:
We';d like to hear from you if you have the following:
Experience of direct marketing to individuals - via face to face, telemarketing, DRTV - with an understanding of what motivates and inspires future donors.
Up-to-date knowledge of sector regulations and compliance.
The ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously so that they are delivered on time, within budgets and to agreed standards.
Knowledge of key marketing principles and techniques.

**Salary**: £30,511 - £33,199 per annum (including London Weighting)
