**About the Role**

As a Designer, you will be an integral part of our dedicated Design team, reporting directly to the Account Manager. This hands-on role will immerse you in a diverse range of outerwear product across women's collections.

**What You'll Do**: As a **Designer**, you'll be at the heart of our creative process, bringing innovative and commercially viable fashion collections to life. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Design Magic**: Create original designs that reflect current trends and customer preferences for high-street fashion brands, contributing to seasonal colour, fabric, and micro-trend development.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with account managers and offshore product development teams to finalise collections and effectively communicate design goals with clients and vendors across the globe.
- **Fabric Fun**: Assist in selecting the perfect fabrics and materials while evaluating their performance and durability to ensure they meet the design's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- **Technical Expertise**: Generate detailed tech packs that guide our offshore teams, helping to ensure all specifications are clear and achievable.
- **Sample Development**: Work alongside sample makers to translate your creative visions into prototypes, participating in fittings to refine fit, comfort, and style.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor sample quality, collaborating with our quality assurance team to address any production concerns.

**Who You Are**:

- An outerwear specialist.
- A creative visionary with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Experienced in high-street fashion design, with a keen eye for trends and consumer demands.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with knowledge of 3D design software considered a plus.
- Skilled in creating tech packs and managing offshore development processes, ensuring high quality and adherence to design specifications.
- An excellent communicator, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
