**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualification)

**We are looking for**:
An Architectural Technologist / Technician with experience working in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector to work for a multi-disciplinary company on projects from RIBA stage 1 to 6. Projects will range from small laboratory fit outs to large new build facilities worldwide.

**You will be**:
Working in a small team and liaising with a larger multi-disciplinary team daily
Responsible for setting up projects in Revit on BIM360 and developing the architectural model through the various RIBA stages
Familiar with creating and coordinating projects to BIM Level 2
Creating 3D visualisations and walkthroughs of the Revit model
Assisting in the maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and families
Attending design team, coordination and client meetings and present the Revit model
Assisting architects in the preparation of documents, schedules and specifications
Familiar with National Building Regulations and Good manufacturing practice (GMP)
