- Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Analyse customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upselling opportunities.
- Ensure all communications adhere to company standards of phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an advantage.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
