**JOB LOCATION**: Muthu Clumber Park Hotel & Spa, Worksop

**NIGHT PORTER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Security and Safety**: Monitor and ensure the security of the premises, including patrolling the hotel, responding to security and safety concerns, and managing any emergency situations that may arise.
- **Guest Services**: Provide assistance and support to guests during the night shift, including handling check-ins/outs, addressing inquiries, and attending to any guest requests or issues.
- **Property Maintenance**: Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and report maintenance issues or hazards, taking appropriate action or alerting the necessary departments.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform administrative duties, such as managing reservations, updating records, and processing payments during the night shift.
- **Cleaning and Setup**: Assist in housekeeping tasks, maintaining cleanliness in public areas, and preparing for the following day's operations.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Maintain effective communication with the day shift staff, ensuring a smooth transition of information and reporting any incidents or issues to the management team.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Experience of working in an Hotel environment is advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
- An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
