About the business:
CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a well-known organisation who are looking to hire in their established Employment Law Department. Due to recent increase in work volumes, our client is looking to hire experienced employment law professionals and are keen to speak with Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Legal Executives and Solicitors
This is an excellent opportunity for an employment law professional. We are keen to speak with experienced Paralegals who are looking for a step up in their role. Also solicitors and legal executives who may be wanting less client interaction.
If successful, you will perform the following role as an Employment Vetter:

- To review and vet incoming employment law claims
- To review and vet existing employment law files
- Ensure compliance on files
- Reporting activities
- Administrative duties for amendments, reviews and compliance
- Prepare files for outsourcing if required
