**Responsibilities**

- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Support bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and basic accounting using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and assist with special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is highly desirable, with a background in administrative roles being advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy, are essential for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
