Pharmacy Assistant

As our Pharmacy Assistant, it will be your duty to greet and serve all our customers in a friendly and highly professional manner. As well as taking in and handing out prescriptions, you will offer appropriate healthcare and lifestyle advice to our patients plus be able to recommend suitable products to patients that require self treatment.

**Responsibilities**
- To provide all patients with excellent customer service
- Advise on the best over the counter medication suitable for patients needs
- To support and assist all members of the pharmacy team
- Responsible for shop area - maintain stock levels, stock rotation, monitor expiry dates
- Maintain a clean & tidy environment
- Liaise with GP surgeries and other healthcare organisations
- Responsible for cashing up with mínimal discrepancies
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience of working within a pharmacy (highly desirable) Will consider other customer facing roles
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems and remain calm when under pressure

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
