**Graduate Trainee Sales - Goodwater Graduate Development Scheme**

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic **Graduate **to join our existing team based in **Finchampstead, Berkshire.** You will join us on a** full time, permanent basis **and in return, you will receive a** competitive salary of up to £24,500 per annum plus benefits.**

**Goodwater Ltd** (Est 1988) is a forward-thinking, market leading, multi-disciplined water hygiene and water treatment specialist with over 30 years’ experience operating across the construction and facilities sector within the UK.

**About the Graduate Trainee Sales role**:
You will work with the sales team but will gain experience within all departments of Goodwater and be exposed to a variety of roles to kickstart your career. Predominately designed for those with an interest in business, engineering, or science, our scheme will allow you to experience work in several of our busy departments.

As a Graduate Trainee for our Comprehensive training programme, you will receive full job training to gain a deep understanding of the company and the industry it operates within, as well as an extensive amount of quality, hands on experience.

Upon successful completion of the programme, there is an opportunity to join us permanently within a sales role suited to your skills and strengths to maximise your career progression at Goodwater.

**Responsibilities as our Graduate Trainee Sales will include**:

- Integrating and assisting the department you are deployed in
- Carrying out day to day duties assisting Account Managers, onsite engineers and your assigned mentor
- Attending client appointments alongside Account Managers
- Helping sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Joining the field engineers on client sites
- Gaining understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Attending internal and external training
- Seeking improvements in the business from work experience gained
- Completing all written assignments and campaigns undertaking all modules of the Graduate Entry Training

**Skills and Qualifications we're looking for in our Graduate Trainee Sales**:

- Effective communication skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- A good understanding of IT, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Full UK Valid Driving licence
- Experience in a customer facing role is preferable, but not essential
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or other science-based discipline
