Handy Person

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Handy Person to join our Projects South Division on a temporary basis, undertaking maintenance and refurbishment projects around the Winchester area. Working as part of a team, in an exciting project starting immediately. You could be fitting fire doors one week and repairing minor plumbing the next so we’re looking for somebody that likes diversity in their day to day activities and can work in a team, as well as having the initiative when working alone. Some carpentry, some plumbing some painting etc.
- Be able to work within a team or on their own and will also be required to undertake or assist in small fit out and refurb projects such as joinery/plumbing.
- Have the ability use initiative and work safely whilst following the company health and safety policy
- Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Have previous experience working for a similar building services company or have background in building services/facilities management maintenance.
**Essential**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to pass enhanced security clearance, however prior security clearance would be advantageous
- Transport/van
