We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and energetic nurse to join ourOutpatients department as a Staff Nurse. As a staff nurse in our outpatient department you will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of care and support to our patients over a wide range of specialities including orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterologyand more. You will be a strong and empathetic Registered Nurse who has the ability to build a rapport with your patients in a short period of time, lead and implement change and engage with stakeholders at all levels. The shift pattern will be working between 0800 - 2000. Working patterns will include Saturday working on rotational basis. Full or part time hours can be considered. **Role Responsibilities include**: - Demonstrating outstanding clinical practice at all times - Working within a multi-disciplinary team led by a supportive senior nursing team - Plan, implement and deliver a holistic patient centred care to a group of patients - Maintaining accurate patient records utilising the most up to date evidenced based care and guidelines - Working to develop a strong, effective team by developing the vision and strategy of "health care at its best" **Person Specification**: - Be a Registered Nurse (RN RGN). - 1 years’ experience in an acute healthcare setting. - To be patient focussed, with a desire and proven ability to deliver healthcare at its best. - To be confident in building relationships with the ability to easily engage with others including consultants, colleagues and patients. **Lyca Health employees enjoy the following benefits**: - Competitive Salary - Free Secure Staff Parking At Lyca Healthcare we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive working environment.
