**The Opportunity**

As our Cluster Payroll Assistant, you will assist in the timely processing of all our hotel’s payroll end to end and support the Payroll Manager. Involving communication with hotels regarding upcoming deadlines, monitoring, and guidance, alongside dealing with incoming queries.

Working within a small team of 5, the contribution is key with everyone playing their part to support the Payroll Manager and the team to deliver an accurate and compliant payroll every cycle.

You as our new Cluster Payroll Assistant will understand the entirety of the payroll system and processes to be able to provide other support as needed, including but not limited to cross-checking the work of other team members, hotels, and other functions within the organisation.

- Previous experience in end-to-end payroll
- Good organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical approach and creativity in problem resolution
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Previous experience using Fourth would be great, but training will be given
- Previous experience using Sage X3. Desirable
