**About the Role**:
As an **Examinations Administrator**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of all examination processes across the College. Working closely with the Examinations Co-Ordinator, you’ll ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and a seamless experience for students and staff alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and administer all aspects of examinations, including registration, timetabling, and results distribution.
- Maintain accurate examination records and ensure compliance with awarding body regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing examination-related queries promptly.
- Support invigilation arrangements, room bookings, and other logístical tasks.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in student records and examination data.
- Assist with managing online examination processes and achievement data updates.

We’re looking for a team player who can combine technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills. Key qualifications and attributes include:
**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
- Strong skills in data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
