**About the Role**
My Client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Electrical Installation Teaching Assistant** to support the delivery of our further education (FE) electrical installation courses. This flexible, hourly-paid role is ideal for someone with practical electrical skills who is keen to inspire and support the next generation of electricians.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support lecturers during both practical and theory sessions, helping students to develop essential electrical installation skills.
- Prepare and maintain tools, equipment and teaching resources, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment.
- Provide individual or small-group support to students, reinforcing learning and building their confidence.
- Assist with monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

**About You**
- A recognised qualification in Electrical Installation (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent industry experience.
- Sound knowledge of electrical installation practices and basic wiring regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support learners.
- Organised, reliable, and committed to creating a positive learning experience.
- Previous experience working in education or training is desirable but not essential; full induction and support will be provided.
