**About Our Client**:
This privately run health centre is known for its warm and welcoming service. Due to significant growth in business the business support team is seeking a Commissioning Administrator to support with the referrals process and internal admin. You will work as part of a close knit team that values employees and supports progression and personal development.

As a Administrator within the Commissions department you will:

- Be responsible for Bed Management, referral process, approval of funding, and notifications.
- Ensure a standardised assessment process and appropriate time line.
- Provide liaison with Management of each sites, Medical Team, Nursing Team, Mental Health Team to discuss and sign off finance for all admissions.
- Liaise with external commissioners to process referrals
- Support with E-portal registration, Contract completion and cost uplifts
- Support with audits, minute writing and diary management

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Administrator will have:

- Strong administrative skills, any experience as an Administrator within the healthcare industry is a plus but not essential
- Previously worked in a fast paced and busy environment
- Have strong IT skills, be able to use Microsoft Office including Excel and pick up new systems quickly with training
- Be an effective communicator with a friendly and polite telephone manner
- This role requires the ability to self motivate and remain calm under pressure
