Elevation Care Services is an experienced Domiciliary care provider with a large team of friendly and caring Support Workers in Milton Keynes, supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties/Autism and Mental Health.
Elevation Care Services is looking to recruit one full time Office Administrator. This is an office based role Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person with experience using Microsoft Office products, with effective written and verbal skills. A patient, empathetic person who is able to work with people of all backgrounds and needs.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting an open, positive and inclusive working culture.
Answering the telephone and directing phone calls to management.
Completing right to work checks for Support Workers.
Maintaining accurate record keeping within the office.
Creating company newsletters.
Sending out key communication to staff and Service User's.
Handling staff and Service User queries, concerns or compliments.
Creating staff and Service User files.
Filing and photocopying documents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
