Regional Facilities Service Co-ordinator

We are a multi award winning mechanical and electrical company based in Ledbury, and are looking for someone to join our helpdesk in the role of a Regional Facilities Service Co-ordinator.
This is a new role, and would therefore suit someone highly organised and driven, who is keen to share ideas and develop the position further.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00pm with a salary of £22,000 - £26,000.
**Roles and Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator**:
- Responsible for all sites within your region.
- Logging breakdown callouts and planned maintenance visits.
- Deploying engineers and notifying customers of visits.
- Upkeep of in-house database as well as client databases.
- Assisting Manager with customer reports and resource planning.
- Ordering materials and ensuring jobs are progressed to completion.
- Answering telephone - assisting customers/engineers with enquiries.
**Skills and Attributes of a Service Coordinator**:
- Highly motivated and organised.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Microsoft literate - Outlook, word, excel etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Able to follow a process.
**Customer Service Coordinator Requirements**:
- The job requires high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and resilience due to its fast-paced nature, with a tendency for last minute urgent requirements.
- You will provide an appropriate, calm, and timely response in these situations.
- You will have excellent MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and present data using excel. Ideally you have had some experience of using CRM software
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
