When you join this world leading medical manufacturing company in the role of Reward Analyst, you will be supporting with the implementation, on-going development and maintenance of a new approach to pay and reward for the UK business.
Working closely with the Reward Manager, HR team and senior leaders across the business, you will provide specialist and analytical insights in reward which will help to develop the reward strategy and assist with the growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities;
*Supporting and ensuring the accuracy, validation and correction of key data across various reward and HR processes including pay reviews, salary surveys, benchmarking and pay ranges, incentive schemes, job evaluation and management information.
*Providing workforce/ HR data analysis, insights and commentary to key internal stakeholders that support business decisions relating to the reward strategy
*Evaluating roles against Willis Towers Watson pay data and any other additional relevant surveys
*Creating and managing audit trails of changes to roles including the evaluation of new posts to ensure maintenance and management of the role mapping data
*Supporting the development of reward policy and procedures to ensure that the best service is provided to the business
*Ensuring bonus target records are maintained and conducting analysis/ audits of bonus payment calculations
*Producing regular reporting metrics and KPIs to the HR Management team, Pay and Reward Committee and Executive Committee
Key skills & Experience;
*Proven experience working in a reward focused role
*Be able to demonstrate examples of delivering a variety of reward processes across a wide range of different functions
*Experience of using and maintaining data management systems
*Advanced Excel skills
*Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and translate numerical, statistical and written information in a clear and concise manner that is tailored to its audience
*Be pro-active with high level of initiative and enjoy working autonomously and as part of a wider team
