**Job Title**: Estate Cleaner for JPC By Samsic
JPC By Samsic is seeking an Estate Cleaner to join our team and uphold our reputation for providing exceptional cleaning services.
As an Estate Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of a variety of properties, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, and outdoor areas. Your duties will includes, but are not limited to, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting and polishing surfaces, emptying trash cans, and cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
In addition to general cleaning duties, as an Estate Cleaner, you may also be required to perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
