An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **full-time Dental Receptionist** to join **McKennell Dental Practice**, a long-established and reputable dental practice located in **Central London (Victoria)**.

Our practice, brings in **state-of-the-art technology**to enhance both patient care and staff experience.

**About the Role**

As a **Receptionist**, you are at the **heart of the practice** - the first point of contact for every patient. You’ll be responsible for **creating a warm and professional welcome**, understanding how each patient is feeling, and ensuring they leave having had a **positive experience**. You’ll know that **first impressions count**, and you’ll make every one of them matter.

Working closely with every member of the team, you’ll build trust through your **efficiency, accuracy**, and strong **people skills**. Your ability to **communicate clearly and calmly** - both in person and over the phone - will help set the tone for the entire patient journey. You’ll confidently handle queries and concerns around treatments, including **pricing, procedures, and follow-ups**, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and valued.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized diary system
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Process payments and manage billing and insurance queries
- Ensure reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** as a dental receptionist (essential)
- Proficiency in **Software of Excellence (SOE)** (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner

**Working Hours**
- **Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm**:

- **Occasional Saturdays may be required**
