Courtyard by Marriott, London Heathrow managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced waiting staff/ bar tenders to join the food & beverage team on a permanent basis. You could be working in the sky bar/ or the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch or dinner.

**Role Overview **: Reporting to the F&B manager you should have the skills required to ensure the highest standard of food & beverage service, ensuring the guest has an excellent experience with us.

**Job Duties include**:

- Greet customers, make suggestions and present the menus
- Answer all questions about beverages and the food
- Take orders and send them through the POS system (Micros)
- Assist in M&E service
- Prepare the bills for beverages and meals and balance daily transactions
- Prepare the restaurant, bar for service or close down after service
- Clear customers tables and engage with the guests
- Comply with allergen laws
- Ensure your work area is kept clean and presentable at all times

**Essential criteria**
- Previous restaurant/ bar service experience
- Fast on your feet
- Excellent customer service skills
- Presentable and polished image
- Warm and friendly nature

**Desirable**
- Cocktail/ Spirits/ Wines knowledge
- Previous F&B brand experience

Please note this role can be offered on full time (40 hours) or part time (16-24 hours) You should have the flexibility to cover a range of shifts which can be early morning, late evening, mid day & weekends.

Overtime is paid per hour worked over contracted

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
