Senior Graphic Designer

Working as part of our growing digital team, Priority Pixels are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer, who possesses the talent to craft distinctive and captivating designs for websites, social media and various digital and traditional marketing materials.

At Priority Pixels, websites are the core of everything we do and the role will be heavily focused on supporting the web team with new website designs and on existing client projects. Previous experience in UI/UX design would be extremely advantageous. The role will also include supporting the social media team by being the creative force behind the management of campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok. Experience in designing traditional marketing materials such as banners, flyers, posters, business cards and stationary as well as logos and brand guidelines documents is also important.

You’ll hold great attention to detail and can reliably meet deadlines and be able to manage multiple projects from various clients in both an online and offline world. Being able to talk clients through your creative ideas, obtaining a design brief from clients and managing the creative side of a project from start to finish will be crucial to the role.

Ideally you will have at least 4 years’ experience and your graphic design skills will be up there with the best, you’re a genius at taking a brief and creating something truly unique and inspiring

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Create visually compelling digital designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, and both digital and traditional marketing materials.
- Transform creative briefs and adhere to brand guidelines to craft engaging and user-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, such as developers and marketers, to ensure seamless and effective design implementation.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas to elevate the overall creative output of the team.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligning designs with clients' brand identities and objectives.
- Organise and update libraries of brand assets, ensuring accessibility for all team members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging tools to infuse fresh and innovative perspectives into our projects.

**Required Experience**
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showing a breadth of design experience.
- Experienced using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- You are self-motivated and able to work under your own autonomy as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Desired Skills**
- Experience in UI/UX design would be advantageous.
- Drive creativity that resonates and disrupts conventional trends. Harness broader cultural references and strategic insights to craft exceptional advertisements.
- Design influential advertising campaigns that not only capture a brand essence but also achieve specific campaign objectives.
- Have an innate passion to produce groundbreaking creative work. Champion and nurture creativity that connects and leaves a lasting impact on an audience.
- Spearhead diverse creative projects, collaborating seamlessly with roles such as our Web Developer, SEO and Digital Marketing team.
