We are looking for an experienced Adult Community Nurse to join a nationally recognised specialist provider as part of their exciting growth plans. This community based role around the Surrey Area. Are you currently working in a hospital but looking for a more autonomus role in the community. Then this could be the role for you. Adult Community Nurse role in the community. Shift Patterns: 7am till 5pm or 12 till 8pm (4 days a week) Working in close partnership with a local hospital and NHS services, you will be working for a company which provide a catalogue of care services to patients nationwide, this role will focus on IV's, woundcare, canulas which you will be providing in thecomfort of the patient's home. As an Adult Community Nurse, you will oversee a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients per day providing excellent standards of education and clinical care. **If you have ever been interested in chemotherapy, free courses provided if you come and work for us** **Key criteria for an Adult Community Nurse include**: - Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN - Full UK driving licence - Experience of community based work is desirable but not essential - Experience within the acute setting and competent in the administration of IV therapy Have you ever been interested in chemotherapy.
