- Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger and Subcontractor Ledger Clerk, to help support our
finance department and help keep everything ship shape
- This role is to be based at our Head office or hybrid working is possible.
- **Key Accountabilities**:
- Receiving, checking and matching purchase invoices and credit notes to the system.
- Dealing with supplier queries.
- Monthly detailed supplier statement reconciliations.
- Proactive clearing of problem invoices placed on hold.
- Preparation of monthly payment runs.
- Processing invoices, credit notes and statements, storing against transactions / system folders as applicable and
using the purchase ledger automation software present in one of our subsidiaries.
- On the subcontractors, also be responsible for compliance with the Construction Industry Scheme (‘CIS’) rules
**IMS Processes and Procedures**
You are required to comply with all IMS Core policies, procedures and associated forms relevant to your role. Procedures
include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Microsoft Dynamics/Nav - InspHire
