**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organised front end area. A strong background in hospitality and food safety is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are adhered to.
- Manage guest orders accurately, utilising basic maths skills for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area, including kitchen spaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed, demonstrating strong time management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices is advantageous.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the workspace.
