**Job Title: Full-Time Supply Teaching Assistant (Primary)**

**Location**: Rotherham

**Pay Range**: £75 - £90 per day.

**Job Type**: Day to day, long-term, full-time, Temporary, permanent.

**Shift Duration**: School hours, 8:30am - 3.30pm, Term Time Only.

We are currently recruiting Full Time Teaching Assistants who are looking to secure a career within the education sector.

Provide Education understand how hard it can be to secure a support role within a school setting without any relevant qualifications / experience.

Because of this, we are offering a x1 day trainee TA course with our education manager. He is an ex headteacher.

The course goes into a lot of detail about what challenges you may face within schools, what the school day looks like for a TA and the main roles and responsibilities.

After the course, We are then offering 1 days of shadowing days in local schools so you can gain real classroom experience.

Once you have the shadowing days/experience on your CV, we can start offering you paid Teaching Assistant bookings & vacancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help Teachers to prepare lesson materials and follow instructions.
- Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons.
- Work with students to make sure they understand their learning. This could be in a small group, 1:1 or within the main classroom.
- Support SEND children.
- Watch, record and report the progress students make.
