**Join Our Culinary Team as a Part-Time temporary Sales Advisor at ProCook - Teeside Store**

Are you passionate about cooking and sharing your kitchen expertise? ProCook is searching for a temporary Part-Time Sales Advisor to spice up our Teeside Store

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, providing exceptional service and advice on our kitchenware offerings. This is a temporary 12hrs position to help us during the busy period.

**Your Recipe for Success**:
As a Sales Advisor, you will ensure that every customer receives the best shopping experience, leaving our store with a smile and the perfect kitchen essentials.

**A Typical Day at Work**:

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
- Engage with customers to secure sales through informative and friendly interactions.
- Participate in product training and absorb as much knowledge as possible.
- Keep the store tidy and properly stocked.
- Prepare the store for the next day’s operations.

**Daily Activities**:

- Greet customers as if they were guests at your home.
- Present our kitchenware with excitement and passion.
- Handle transactions and answer customer inquiries smoothly.
- Maintain the store’s visual appeal and ensure everything is in its right place.
- Contribute suggestions for store improvements.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and assist with replenishment.
- Engage in various store tasks to facilitate smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Motivated by achieving sales targets.
- A team player with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with POS systems.
